"9. After you click the apply button you’re Tracker Data should have many keyframes on the Position property."
On the screen shot Sam posted, the 'apply' button isn't clickable (it's sunk in and gray) Neither is it clickable on my own screen. How did you guys do it? Does it mean I've already Applied it by accident? If so, how can I re-apply it?
Thanks a ton,
EfferX

Hi guys,

"9. After you click the apply button you’re Tracker Data should have many keyframes on the Position property."<br

I have a question and maybe you Sam can help me with the answer: when I track the motion of the bouncing ball, is there any way I can export the position for each point on the path to another file? Or I dont know, obtain a list which contains all the X,Y coordinates for each point of the path, which you can copy-paste?

Excellent lesson, i have learned a lot!

I have a question and maybe you Sam can help me with the answer: when I track the motion of the bouncing ball, is there any way I can export the position for each point on the path to another file? I didn't have to download a video or sift through a bunch of stuff that didn't apply. Very nice little tutorial. Thank you for making something that would have been a pain in the ass pretty easy...

Yeah, I needed a quick lesson in basic motion tracking and this was perfect. The top section of this screenshot is before applying the tracking data to the null, and the bottom half is after. Looking at the top half, make sure the "Motion Target:" is the desired null. Once you click apply, that null should contain the tracking data (like the bottom).

Send me an email if you still can't get it.

The only thing I can think of is the data is being applied to the wrong layer.
